And after the aperitif? The triumph of the Cilentan cuisine! Home made gnocchi and fusilli, marinaded anchovies and anchovies "ndorate" and fried, stuffed vegetables, local salamis and the Buffalo mozzarella … not forgetting the most traditional and excellent dish, the lunch of the ancient fishermen which is still prepared in every home, the delicious simple "acqua sale".
